Located in the heart of Ávila, La Lumbre is a temple of meat matured in multiple cuts, good steak and local products. Matured Meats are the latest trend in haute cuisine. The dry aging procedure consists of a slow and controlled curing. The coating that we create allows the interior of the meat to be isolated and that when cooked it expresses its maximum levels of juiciness and intensity of flavor. Apart from all our cuts of grilled meat, we have an extensive menu of typical Ávila dishes, as well as roasts (suckling pig, kid and suckling lamb), Iberian Angus hamburger, brochettes (lizard, suckling lamb and beef), Ávila T-bone steak, slaughter barbecue, stew food, slaughter and sea.
