The eastern canvas of the wall is the most accessible area as it extends around a plain. For this reason, this part of the wall is specially reinforced with towers and huge defenses. In this section of the wall we find the Cathedral where later the Puerta del Peso de la Harina was opened; next is the House of Mercy. From tower 4 to the Puerta de San Vicente, the wall traces a curious circular shape that breaks with the rectangular shape of the walled enclosure. The Prisciliano Garden and the monumental Puerta de San Vicente are also located here. Moving north, you reach the Cubo de la Mula, the tower at the top of the enclosure. 🗺 How to get there?
